Starting in the UK and expanding globally, we’re building a platform that brings people closer through curated gifts and seamless delivery experiences. We’re now looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to help us ensure smooth operations, reliable sourcing, and exceptional delivery standards.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners

• Source quality gifting products and packaging at competitive pricing

• Negotiate contracts and maintain accurate supplier records

• Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and stock control

• Coordinate timely deliveries to ensure same-day/next-day dispatch where applicable

• Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for cost-saving and efficiency

• Work closely with operations and marketing teams for product availability and planning

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics (e-commerce experience preferred)

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Knowledge of inventory software and supply chain processes

• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented

• Bonus: Experience with UK gifting or FMCG markets
