🔄 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery of the product due to service failure on our part.

  • Damaged or defective products received (proof required within 24 hours of delivery).

  • Incorrect product delivered (not matching the description or customization selected).

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

  • For perishable items (flowers, cakes, chocolates) once delivered.

  • For personalized products, unless damaged or incorrectly made.

💳 Transaction Charges

In case a refund is approved, a 2% transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover payment gateway charges.

🕒 Refund Process

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
