🔄 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
Non-delivery of the product due to service failure on our part.
Damaged or defective products received (proof required within 24 hours of delivery).
Incorrect product delivered (not matching the description or customization selected).
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
For perishable items (flowers, cakes, chocolates) once delivered.
For personalized products, unless damaged or incorrectly made.
💳 Transaction Charges
In case a refund is approved, a 2% transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover payment gateway charges.
🕒 Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
